Harvest and Aging:

The grapes are hand-picked in the middle of October, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, stabilized, bottled, bottle-aged.

Winemaker's Notes:

Aged red wine Rara Neagră - reserve category; the taste is full, velvety, remains in memory with light notes of dried fruit and vanilla.


Rara Neagră combines perfectly with red meat: venison, beef, lamb, kebabs and grill; also harmonizes with roast fowl, pates and other meat dishes, cheese, lasagna, spaghetti, fruits; It is recommended to serve the wine at room temperature 16-18°C.
