Harvest and Aging:

The grapes are hand-picked in the middle of September, alcohol-fermented in wooden tanks, malolactic-fermented, oak-aged in French barrels, stabilized, bottled, bottle-aged.

An estate red wine aged in French barrels, Pinot Noir de Purcari will charm you with its fruity aromas, unique and mysterious fragrance with an intensive ruby color. Strawberry, violets, raspberry and discrete oak aromas educe by its savory velvety taste and specify the sorted bouquet with fruity hints.

Pinot Noir de Purcari is perfect to serve with meat dishes such as beef plate, pheasant, barbecue. We recommend you enjoy the aromas and taste of this wine at a temperature of 18C.
